Qualification :-   

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Location :-  Pune(Sector No-7 Bhosari)

Roles and Responsibilities :–

• Modeling of Square/rectangular Ducts in E3D.
• Modeling of Equipment like Storage tanks, vessels, scrubber towers, silos, Chimneys in E3D.
• Modeling of civil foundations, RCC buildings, Steel structures in E3D.
• Primitive modeling of equipment like pumps, filters, heat exchangers, fans, ball mills, hydro
  cyclones, cooling towers, crusher, screens, material handling conveyors etc.
• Extraction of Equipment layout from the model.
• Conceptual pipe routing for Critical as well as for Non-critical systems.
• P&ID drafting using Aveva Diagram tools.
• Extraction of Line list, valve schedule, Instrument list etc.
• Ability to fill attributes based PFD, P&ID and process inputs.
• Shall be able to import .dgn, .step, .ifc, .sdnf etc files in E3D.
• Modelling of Process Piping and Utility Piping as per P&ID by using E3D.
• Modeling of cables, cable trays, supporting arrangement of trays etc.
• Performing clash checking for the system and generating report with resolution.
• Extraction of Piping Isometric from the model.
• Extraction of piping MTO, electrical trays, cables related MTO from the model.
• Selection and support modelling as per support standard.
• Generating clash check report and clash review.
• Shall be able to create .RVM files.
