Position :- Team Leader | Current Accounts | Gujaray

Qualification :-Any Graduate  

Experience :- 4 – 9 years.

Job Location :-  Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Vadodara

Salary :- Rs. 3,00,000 – 4,50,000 P.A.

Job Description :- 

  • Generate leads for his team using bank resources, individual contacts & tele-calling & branch walk-in customers.
  • Help provide regular training to team members on sales strategy to help convince customers to open current account.
  • Ensure quality customer service is delivered at all points of time. The quality of customer service pertaining to opening of CAs, completeness of AOF and documents obtained from the customer, so that CAs are opened First Time right and ensuring that debit freeze in the account is lifted and account activated within the stipulated time.
  • Generating leads for other products and passing the same to the branch for follow ups.
  • Ensuring the team meets the defined monthly target along with individual targets for satisfactory performance by helping the team in calling and visiting potential customers.
  • Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
  • While KYC and Compliance will be the responsibility of the Bank officials, who will do independent review of the AOF / documents,  SSL TL should facilitate the Bank Officials in this regard by obtaining required documents from the Customers.

Eligibility:

  • Age: 22-35 years
  • Minimum graduate qualification required.
  • 2+ years of experience in banking sales (liability sales preferably)
  • 4. Experience of working with large private sector banks will be preferred.

Key Responsibility Area (KRA)s:

The individual will be responsible for team’s performance on sourcing of current accounts for the bank.

  • Provide training to the BDEs. While the training on the Banks products will be Banks responsibility, training of BDEs on marketing function including guiding them on approaching, interacting and sourcing from the potential customers will be that of TL.
  • Source high value current accounts of retailers, traders, MSME companies etc.
