Position :- Project Manager, Project Engineer , Sr Site Engineer, Site Engineer.
Qualification :- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Diploma in Any Specialization
Experience :- 10 – 20 years
Job Location :- Mumbai (All Areas)
Salary :- Rs. 2,50,000 – 7,50,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Execution, Monitoring, Preparation of review and statistical data to ensure timely completion.
- Monitoring the work progress as per Planning.
- Identify and control slippage.
- Responsible for over all Safety and Quality.
- To co-ordinate for Design and Drawings with H.o , Pmc & Client.
- To Identify cost overrun items areas and to suggest ways to contain the same.
- Ensure Reconciliation of Materials at Site.
- Over All Check of Material and Labor Requirement & Availability At site.
- Identity future problems as per Scheduled programmed and suggest solutions.
- Monitoring & Controlling of Site As per situation and Target.
- Co ordination for RA bills with Site & Client.
- Overall, this position requires strong communication skills, leadership quality, strong managerial and administrative abilities, team handling & Team motivation, deliverables, Quality & timelines and overall responsible for making strong contribution to the strategy and growth of the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Project Manager – 15-20 years work Experience , knowledge of Project Execution, Planning, Billing and Project Monitoring. Exposure to budget & its control, MIS & Laison with local authorities.
- Project Engineer / Co ordinator – 10-15 years work experience, knowledge of Project Execution & handling, QA/QC, Quantity Estimation, Client Meetings, Site Review meeting with contractor.
- Sr Site Engineer – 5-10 years of High rise mivan Work Experience, project Execution as per drawings, planning, vendors meetings, QA/QC.
- Site Engineer – 3-5 years Experience in residential / commercial project, rcc and Finishing Basic knowlege as per site situation.
