Job Description :-
- Trouble shooting of Analytical Instruments.
- Execution of ICT, Warranty visits, AMC visits
- To attend breakdown visit and to set instrument right
- Installation and commissioning of analytical instruments and accessories.
- To carry our warranty/AMC/Breakdown visits at sites and to resolve the problems,
- Documentation, Should have good knowledge in documentation, MIS etc.
- Follow-up with teams / Customers related to SERM/Service and maintenance
- Prompt Service provide to the customer
- Should be responsible for new Reference collection
- Responsible for Service related revenue generation ( AMC, ISP, CRM & Spares etc.)
- Efficiency at creating and sending OA, PI, Daily sheet related to Service
