HAL Recruitment Verification of Original Certificates:

• Aadhar Card
• SSC/10th Marks Certificate.
• ITI Marks Certificates (all semesters)
• Birth certificate (in case date of birth is not mentioned in SSC Certificate)
• Reservation certificate (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, XSM, PWD/PH) if applicable.

• Photo copy/Xerox copy of all the above Certificates.
• Apprentice registration copy from apprenticeship portal www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
• 2 Passport size photographs.
• Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate.

Position:-  Trade Apprenticeship (Ex-ITI)

Qualification:-  ITI Pass-Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Foundryman, Welder(G&E), Electrician, Programming & Systems, Administration Assistant(PASAA)

Job Location:-  Odisha

Age Limit:-

• Maximum upper age limit is 23 years as on 02.2023 in case of General (UR) candidates.
• Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST category, by 3 years for OBC (Non creamy layer) category,
• 10 years for PwBD category as per Govt. guidelines. OBC(Non creamy layer certificate should not be more than six months old to the notification date)

Selection Process:-

• A common merit list will be prepared for each trade, based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination (70% weightage for HSC/10thmarks and 30% weightage for ITI/ITC marks) and as per other rules and regulations in vogue and candidates will be selected for the Apprenticeship Training from the merit list.
• Reservation will be applicable as per Govt .guidelines.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification, which will be held in Training and Development Institute. All correspondence will be made through registered email only.

• 10th/SSC/SSLC Marks sheet
• Degree/Diploma Certificate/ Provisional Degree/Diploma Certificate
• Degree/Diploma Mark sheets of all semesters.
• In case of marks are in GPS/CGPA, University guidelines for converting
  GPA/CGPA to Percentage.
• Reserved category applicant must produce Caste/PWD Certificate issued by
  the competent authority.
• Details of registration in NATS portal.

Note :-

• Candidate must be a domicile of Southern Region (Andra Pradesh, Karnataka,
  Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Puducherry)
• Candidate should possess diploma/graduation from a recognized Board /University in India on or after 01/05/2020.
• Candidates who have undergone /undergoing/ already registered NATS contract under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible.
• Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible.
