Job Description :-
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
- Project management and supervision skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We are looking for a creative Mechanical Engineer to work on all product stages from development to design and manufacture, through to installation.
- The goal is to design. Requirements Technical writing skills Be/Btech/Diploma Can Join
- Work on the mechanical design of motor housing, water jackets, shaft, rotor-stator laminations, etc.
- Select appropriate materials required for housing, shaft, etc.
- Work on modeling, simulation, and NVH analysis of electric motors
- Study the possible failure modes like bearing wear, rotor imbalance, misalignment of the shaft, etc. and take corrective/preventive actions
- Develop and test the prototypes
- Coordinate with suppliers for lamination cutting, stacking, rotor-stator assembly, and complete motor integration
- Work on engineering drawings, concept sketches, and 2D/3D CAD models Skill(s) required SolidWorks ANSYS Autodesk Fusion 360
