Position :- Assistant Branch Manager
Qualification :- Any Graduate
Experience :- Experience in NBFC – Mortgage Finance for 3 to 5 years
Job Location :- Gujarat
Salary :- ₹ 2,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
- Create Awareness in the market through direct or indirect marketing activity
- Tracks competition in terms of rates, proposals and policy.
- Is constantly monitoring the quality of the portfolio and performance.
- Provide solutions to issues faced and thoughts which can lead to more business generation
- Builds and maintains a steady relationship with customers.
- Have a concrete understanding of the Mortgage policy in terms of documents required, process to be followed.
- Ensure all the cases are legally cleared before disbursing the case.
- Ensure delinquency is within the norms and provide adequate support to the collection team as and when the need arises.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or telemarketing
- Experience in Finance / Insurance Industry would be preferred.
- Freshers may also apply for this position.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi are required.

Job Description :-
- Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle tapping prospects , analyzing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially, and ensuring timely disbursement of loan.
- Managing internal & external customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve defined business targets in specified time period.
- Ensure collection of all post disbursement documents.
- Co-ordination between customer &; branch officials for sanction & documentation.
- Monitoring the portfolio regularly in order to contain any delinquency symptoms in the initial stage by meeting such clients with proactive measures.
- Education & Experience Criteria

Key Functions & Responsibilities:
- Doing PD and FI.
- Preparing CAM, FH, MOS etc. ensuring proper and correct information.
- Handling Average ticket size cases of 1 to 50 Lakhs.
Checking and appraising proposals, scrutinizing documents including SOA analysis, Cibil analysis. - ensuring proper KYC etc before sanctioning with proper TAT and Quality.
- Handling all system related work including entry into DMS, Jayam System etc.
- Reference check of the customers from neighbors, customers, suppliers, market and/or
- existing customers.
- Coordinating with RCU team
