- Person having finished its Bachelor degree or Equivalent and having at least 3 years’ experience in CNG dispenser design and related field.

Job Description :-
REASON FOR EXISTENCE OF ROLE:
- The person will able to handle design activities for CNG dispenser and other related projects.
- He will participate in cost optimization and design improvements for CNG dispensers.
- He will able to work with teams and interact other cross functional department.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE (main tasks, resources, budget, personnel, equipment, relationships with other services / clients …) :
- Project management: The person will be part of various projects in relation with our CNG dispenser design and other components. Projects could be cost reduction, new design proposal, quality improvement, CCRs.
- Factory support (process and rationalization): The person will support to vendor development, manufacturing team by managing ECRs, providing advices about manufacturability of product, providing advice to production quality.
- Field support: The person will give field support to our sales and service department
- Testing: The person is in charge to organize, follow and report all CNG dispenser related projects components validation and testing. He will as well organize prototyping to be done
- Customer support: The person could be called for support sales and services department front of customers
SUPERVISOR REPORT (include links carry hierarchical and functional) :
- The person will report directly to the Mechanical Design manager. He will work in combination with the current team in place.
- He will contribute to collaborate with other DFS factories located in other locations and will be in permanent relationship with CNG dispenser Engineering team, manufacturing team, quality factory team and manufacturing engineering team.
- Through different projects, the person will have to support project team composed of people coming from various departments of DFS as production, quality, purchasing, marketing and engineering. He will be as well in contact with suppliers.
- Regarding to field support, the person will be in contact with SSD people and sometimes final customer.
EXPERIENCE (experience required / desired):
- Person having finished its Bachelor degree or Equivalent and having at least 3 years’ experience in CNG dispenser design and related field.
- Other preferred industries like Mechanic, automotive, petrol & gas companies or close.
- Person who has strong experience in Design of high pressure equipment’s, pipe line, leak proof joints.
- Person who has knowledge in Thread and End connection standard for high pressure fittings.
